For the Office/You're Leaving

Just a quick email to say thank you for your great service.  I rang this morning requesting an urgent delivery to a friend whos grandfather had died. The flowers were delivered within an hour and a half.

Thank you so much for helping me express my sympathy to a special friend when I live too far away to be with her.
